These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Found CTRL Limited ("Found CTRL," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the foundctrl.com website, its content, and any related public surfaces operated by Found CTRL (collectively, the "Service"). Found CTRL Limited is a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17079973).

The Service does not include any software application, licensed product, or subscription platform. Separate engagement agreements govern any project work or commercial relationship between Found CTRL and its clients.

The Service and its original content — including but not limited to text, articles, design systems, visual treatments, code, graphics, trademarks, and trade dress — are and will remain the exclusive property of Found CTRL and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws of the United Kingdom and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Found CTRL. Truthful, nominative reference to Found CTRL that is accurate and non-misleading is permitted.

4. Use Licence

Permission is granted to temporarily view the content on the Found CTRL website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title, and under this licence you may not:

• use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
• attempt to reverse engineer any software or design system contained on or associated with the Found CTRL website;

This licence shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Found CTRL at any time.

You must not, and must not permit others to, use the Service to:

• engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, discriminatory, or rights-violating conduct;
• use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or harvest content from the Service in a manner that imposes unreasonable load or interferes with normal operation;

6. Project Enquiries and Contact

The contact form on the Service is provided to facilitate initial project enquiries. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract, engagement, or any obligation on the part of Found CTRL to respond, accept, or proceed. Any formal project relationship is governed by a separate, written engagement agreement.

7. Journal and Published Content

Journal articles and editorial content published on the Service represent the views and analysis of Found CTRL at the time of publication. They do not constitute legal, financial, technical, or strategic advice. Found CTRL makes no warranty that published content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Readers are solely responsible for how they apply or act on any published material.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us.
